Above Average Snowpack across Idaho
Idaho City--Survey crews finally made into Mores Creek summit, North of Idaho City after a storm and high winds kept them at bay for a few days. Crews measured 68 inches of snow depth, 17.1 inches of snow water, 129% of average. Last week more than 40 inches of new snow fell last week with 5 inches of snow water, so far the Boise Basin snowpack is 120% of average.
At the Jefferson County Fair in Rigby its fair time and all the action on this day is in the livestock barn.
